Returns Policy
You may not return any items that have been purchased. In case of our errors (such as wrong shipped products), we'll also pay the shipping cost for you to return that products to us, and we send the correct products to you.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, currently we don't estimate shipping cost for you. But will be estimated to be 2 days after we shipped the package (This is an estimation !). Depending on the shipping provider that we can provide.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimension/weight based. When the dimension based cost is lower than weight based cost, then weight based is used and vice versa. This policy isn't from us, but from Indonesia shipping provider.
